Witherspoon, who was just 25 when she shot to fame, continues to prioritize her health. She follows a strict daily regimen that includes a green smoothie made with spinach, romaine lettuce, an apple, a pear, a banana, and a whole lemon. “Every morning I make a green smoothie,” she shared, highlighting her commitment to a nutritious diet.
Her daily meals are carefully planned, with lunch often consisting of protein-heavy options like kale salad with lentils or grilled chicken. Reese also enjoys a snack of an apple with peanut butter at 11 a.m. and tea with a cookie at 4 p.m. She emphasizes the importance of consistency in her health journey, stating, “I don’t believe in crash dieting or anything like that… I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy.”
In addition to her fitness routine, Witherspoon has been a longtime fan of Elizabeth Arden’s skincare products and was announced as the global face of clean beauty brand Biossance in 2021.
