New Content on CBeebies iPlayer
CBeebies iPlayer is expanding its programming with exciting new shows and adventures for young viewers this March. Among the highlights is I Can Grow It, a show focused on urban gardening, which aims to inspire children to connect with nature and learn about sustainable practices.
Additionally, Andy’s Dino Island offers a time-traveling adventure that promises to engage the imaginations of its audience. Another new addition is Monster Makes, a crafting show designed to encourage creativity among children.
CBBC’s New Offerings
On the CBBC side, viewers can look forward to a thrilling new series featuring a Girl Troop taking on aliens, showcasing themes of bravery and teamwork. Furthermore, Steve Backshall returns with Deadly 60, where he tracks extraordinary creatures, providing educational content alongside entertainment.
Classic Series Return
In addition to new content, the classic series This Life is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Originally broadcast in 1996, the show followed a group of young lawyers sharing a house in south London and remains a significant part of the cultural memory of the 1990s.
Both series 1 and 2 of This Life will be available on iPlayer starting at 6am on March 18. Daniela Nardini will introduce the repeat run on BBC Four at 10pm on the same day, offering fans a chance to revisit this iconic series.
