New Leadership at FlightStory
“I am absolutely thrilled to share I’ve joined The Studio @ FLIGHTSTORY as Production Director leading The Founder Storytelling Team,” said Bryony Hopkins, marking her new role at Steven Bartlett’s innovative organization.
Hopkins, who previously worked at LADbible, Strong Watch, and BBC News, brings a wealth of experience to FlightStory. At LADstudios, she led a team of 15, producing content across various genres including sport, factual, and entertainment.
FlightStory, owned by Bartlett, is known for its influential podcasts and has a portfolio that reaches over 70 million people every month. This expansion in leadership is seen as a strategic move to enhance the storytelling capabilities of the team.
Controversy Surrounding Supplement Advertising
Professor Tim Spector, a cofounder of Zoe, expressed his disbelief at the ASA’s decision, stating, “To suggest that advertising a scientifically proven supplement made of whole-food ingredients is ‘misleading’ is a victory for pedantry over public health.”
In response to the ruling, Bartlett emphasized the importance of transparency in health supplements, stating, “This is a supplement revolution. No ultra-processed pills, no shakes, just real food.” His comments reflect a commitment to promoting genuine health products in a market often criticized for misleading advertising.
As FlightStory continues to grow under the leadership of Hopkins and others, the organization remains at the forefront of discussions in the creator economy and digital media landscape.
