The Ukrainian military is targeting Russian oil facilities to disrupt funding for the war. The Tuapse refinery has an annual production capacity of about 12 million tonnes and produces approximately 240,000 barrels of oil products per day. Vladimir Putin condemned these attacks, stating that they target energy facilities in Russia. He noted that drone attacks against civilian infrastructure are becoming more frequent. Meanwhile, emergency services continue firefighting efforts to control the blaze caused by the latest strike.
