George North, one of Wales’ greatest wingers, announced his retirement from professional rugby at the end of the season. He turned 34 earlier this month.
North retired from international rugby in 2024 with 121 caps and 47 tries for Wales. He helped Wales win four Six Nations titles and two Grand Slams.
He toured with the British and Irish Lions in 2013 and 2017, playing three Tests and scoring two tries. North began his career with Scarlets before joining Northampton Saints in 2013.
