Luke Littler, at just 19 years old, continues to dominate the Premier League Darts, securing his fifth night win in Aberdeen. He averaged 104.11 against Luke Humphries’ 103.10 in the final.
Littler has now won five nights this season and is just one victory away from matching his record-breaking tally of six from last year. He currently leads the standings with 34 points, followed closely by Jonny Clayton with 32 points.
The Premier League Darts season runs from February 5 to May 28. The top eight players compete throughout this period. Both Littler and Clayton are guaranteed a place in the season-ending play-offs at London’s O2 Arena.
Littler backed up his win in Liverpool last week with another impressive performance in Aberdeen. “I always want to be on the top and I think Jonny [Clayton], I don’t know if he’s much bothered about it,” he said after the match.
Now it is just time to chase and hopefully break my own records.
