Issues extend beyond ChatGPT. Reports of problems with Google Gemini surged from almost none to 90. Similarly, Claude AI issues increased from around 6 to 169. Microsoft Copilot saw reports rise from 1 to 99.
OpenAI is actively investigating the issue affecting its services. They stated, “We are currently experiencing issues.” Impacted users are frustrated, with one user posting on social media, “Chatgpt down? Total history just wiped, can’t access any chat history…. @OpenAI”
