“Good4U is recalling Super Sprouts Super Greens because of the possible presence of Salmonella,” a spokesperson stated.
The recall affects 60g packs of the product. All use-by dates up to and including May 3, 2026, are included in this recall.
Symptoms of salmonella infection can include fever, diarrhoea, and abdominal cramps. The Food Standards Agency issued the recall notice.
Consumers are advised: “If you have bought the above product, do not eat it. Instead, return it to where you bought it.”
The affected product is sold at major UK supermarkets including Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose.
Specific use-by dates for the recalled product include April 22, April 26, April 29, April 30, and May 3 of this year.
Customers should not consume the recalled product. They should return it instead for a full refund.
No other Good4U products are affected by this recall. Good4U is a family-run health food company.
The recall notice also includes guidance for those experiencing symptoms: stay away from work or school for at least 48 hours.
